"This is by far the BEST State Farm branch in Springfield, IL!! I recently switched to this location and could not be any happier with the treatment I have received. I have been a customer with State Farm for 6+ years and have consistently been impressed by this company. State farm has always offered the best discounts and policy rates compared to other insurance companies. The staff are all extremely helpful, patient, and friendly.
